Cancellation Policy:
Only written cancellations received by September 22 will receive refunds (less a 10% administrative charge). Refunds will be issued after the meeting. No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations received after September 22. Registration fees for cancelled registrations cannot be applied to future SROA meetings. Registrants who do not cancel prior to the conference and who do not attend are responsible for the full registration fee. SROA accepts no responsibility and will not provide reimbursement for any prepaid or non-refundable airfares or other expenses incurred by conference participants. Group registrations cannot be refunded, but are transferable.
