We believe it is never too late to take a stand against discrimination. We have taken some time to look at SROA and how we can better support diversity and combat health disparities based on race through our organization.
First and foremost, as an inclusive organization, SROA has zero-tolerance for discrimination or violence. As leaders, we can confront the uncomfortable truths in our world, create communities that are truly supportive, and be active participants in creating a better tomorrow.
